We are not a maintenance company. We build. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We need someone who: - Shows up every day - Works hard and stays productive - Has real construction or landscape experience - Has worked with pavers, walls, or similar work You don't need to know everything, but you must have hands-on experience and be able to contribute. THE WORK - Paver patios and walkways - Retaining walls and block systems - Drainage, grading, and site work - Fence construction and basic carpentry - Turf, sod, and planting - Equipment operation - Demo, prep, and cleanup REQUIREMENTS - 3-5+ years construction or landscape experience - Experience with pavers, walls, or similar work - Basic understanding of grading and drainage - Can follow direction and work with a crew - Shows up on time and works a full day - Reliable transportation This is a working position, not a training role. You'll be working alongside an experienced lead.
