A designer who can develop creative landscape designs catered toward customer expectations and goals. Ideal candidate can maintain and organize a strong working schedule on a weekly / daily basis, with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and take action. High level of communication and organization skills, excellent customer service skills, interacting with clients and co-workers daily. Ability to create proposals, contracts and estimates for designs, and follow up with the same. Capable of learning new landscape software. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a landscape design position Hands on experience in landscape design and construction Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong computer skills Job Responsibilities Include: Create computer design / image presentation for clients. Formulate cost estimates and written proposals. Visit with client to present proposal. Meeting / communicating with clients throughout project. Prepare site inventory and analysis through site visits and field observations. Work hand in hand with project manager on all aspects of the design / build process Interact and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors.
