LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER (Homestead) compensation: 19-23 an hour FOREMAN / LEAD LANDSCAPER NEEDED - MIAMI Bluecrest Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscaping Foreman / Crew Leader for our growing Miami division. We are NOT looking for basic lawn mowing experience only. We need someone who understands real landscaping work and can lead a crew professionally. Must have experience with: Sod installation Plant installation Mulch & rock installs Grading & leveling Landscape layouts Crew management Attention to detail Working efficiently & keeping jobs on schedule Requirements: Must have landscaping leadership experience Must know how to manage workers on-site Must show up on time Must work well in Florida heat Must have transportation Driver's license preferred Must be dependable and professional We are looking for someone long-term with room to grow as the company expands in Miami.
