Landscape Project Crew Lead - Full Time $20 - $30/hr

As a Landscape Project Crew Lead, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a small team to complete a variety of outdoor construction tasks. • Lead, coach, and train a crew of 2-3 team members on landscape construction projects
• Plan and organize daily and weekly project activities to meet production goals
• Read and interpret designer blueprint plans to ensure accurate project execution
• Install retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, pavers, sod, plants, and related features
• Track job progress and ensure work is completed to company standards
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure job quality and satisfaction
• Operate equipment such as skid steers (experience is a plus)

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape and/or construction work
• Previous experience installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, and plants
• Experience leading teams of 2-5 people
• Valid drivers license and an insurable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read and follow blueprint plans
• Experience operating skid steers is a plus
