We are looking for a Pruning Crew Leader who takes pride in high-end detail work and thrives on coaching others. If you have a sharp eye for precision trimming, a strong work ethic, and the drive to lead a crew toward daily production goals, we want you on our team.

As a Crew Leader, you are the bridge between our clients' vision and the team making it happen. Your daily focus will include:

• Lead & Coach: Manage a dedicated crew, communicating daily goals, tracking hours, and keeping morale and efficiency high.

• Artistic Precision: Oversee and execute high-quality pruning, shrub/tree trimming, and detailed bed clean-ups according to industry standards.

• Client Connection: Interact with property owners to ensure complete satisfaction and answer on-site questions with a professional attitude.

• Safety & Logistics: Ensure all safety procedures are followed, maintain a clean and organized worksite, and complete basic daily job paperwork.

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing or supervising a landscape crew.

• Horticultural Knowledge: Strong experience in plant identification, proper pruning techniques, and overall landscape maintenance.

• Equipment Mastery: Confident operating standard landscaping machinery (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, maintain regular attendance, and work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours, which may include occasional overtime or weekends depending on the season.
