Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman to join our commercial contracting team. This role is focused on prevailing wage commercial projects, focused on landscaping and fencing projects and requires individuals who can read plan sets, work independently, and perform high-quality installations in a professional construction environment.

Candidates must have extensive construction experience, commercial jobsite knowledge, and the ability to travel for extended periods when projects require it.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7+ years of construction experience
- Experience working in commercial contracting
- Ability to read and interpret plan sets, blueprints, and specifications
- Experience with commercial fence installation and landscape construction
- Ability to safely operate equipment and power tools
- Must be able to work out of town for extended periods of time
- Strong understanding of commercial jobsite safety and professionalism
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to drive truck and trailer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install commercial fencing including chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and related systems
- Perform landscape installation including grading, irrigation, planting, and site development work
- Read and follow construction plans and layouts accurately
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, compactors, augers, and other equipment
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades on commercial jobsites
- Maintain production schedules and quality standards
- Follow prevailing wage and public works project requirements
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized worksites

TRAVEL & PER DIEM:
- Must be willing to travel and stay out of town for project durations
- Lodging provided
- $40/day per diem for food

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $35-40/hour depending on experience and classification
