SKILLED GARDENER - Full Time

We are currently growing our horticulture team and hiring a SKILLED GARDENER
This position will allow you to further develop your horticulture skills while working in some of the most stunning private gardens across Greater Vancouver. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment while building their plant knowledge. We take a natural approach to garden care, and there is no lawn maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interest in Plants
Horticultural education and/or experience
Professional
Reliable
Great work ethic
Fast mover
Eye for detail
Physically capable of lifting at least 25 kg repetitively
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to drive with a class 5 BC driver's license
Legally employable in Canada with a valid work permit
Cell phone with data

POSITION DETAILS:
Pruning and trimming hedges and shrubs
Blowing debris and cleaning properties
Weeding and raking garden beds
Applying mulch to garden beds
Planting new garden projects
Creating container plantings
Monitoring plant health

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
