Landscape Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Operations Manager to join our growing company. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience managing landscape crews and operations.

We are looking for the right candidate who can act as a mentor and leader to our 36+ crew members and who truly wants to grow with the company long term.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate 36+ landscaping team members
Organize daily operations and prepare crews for projects
Ensure crews leave the shop with the correct tools, materials, and supplies needed for each job
Maintain and organize inventory and shop operations
Help coordinate repairs and maintenance for trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
Support field crews and help resolve operational issues
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of landscaping management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Must speak both Spanish and English
Experience with landscaping equipment and operations
Ability to drive trucks and trailers is preferred
Compensation:

Starting pay: $30 per hour
