This is a good position for someone with mechanical ability who is looking for steady part-time evening work. Schedule: Monday through Thursday Approximately 3 hours per day Either 4:00 PM-7:00 PM or 5:00 PM-8:00 PM Job duties include: Repairing and maintaining small landscape equipment Working on mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, and other small engine equipment Basic troubleshooting and repairs Sharpening blades and changing belts, filters, plugs, oil, and other routine maintenance items Helping make sure equipment is ready for the crews the next morning Keeping the work area organized Requirements: Experience with small engines and landscape equipment Dependable and punctual Good mechanical common sense Able to work independently Must have your own basic tools Valid driver's license preferred This is not a full-time mechanic position.
