This position is ideal for a skilled technician who can diagnose issues efficiently, perform preventative maintenance, and keep equipment operating at peak performance to support our field operations. Responsibilities: * Maintain, diagnose, and repair a large fleet of commercial landscape equipment. * Service stand-on and ride-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, generators, and other small engine equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair both carbureted and EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) engine systems. * Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. * Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and drivetrain systems. * Track repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. * Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as a small engine mechanic, preferably in a commercial landscaping environment. * Strong knowledge of commercial stand-on and ride-on mowing equipment. * Experience working with both carbureted and EFI engines. * Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. * Valid driver's license preferred.
