The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leadership, strong work ethic, and the ability to lead a crew in maintaining high-quality commercial landscapes. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew. * Maintain large commercial properties, schools, parks, and municipal grounds. * Operate and oversee the safe use of ride-on and stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment. * Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards. * Train, motivate, and support team members. * Perform daily equipment and vehicle inspections. Requirements: * Proven leadership experience in landscape maintenance. * Valid driver's license with the ability to safely tow and operate a landscape trailer. * Strong knowledge of ride-on and stand-on commercial mowing equipment. * Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity throughout the day. * Dependable, professional, and safety-focused. * Experience maintaining large commercial properties, schools, parks, or similar facilities preferred.
