Gardener with real gardening experience

I have about an acre of property with multiple gardens that have some formal and informal plantings. I need pruning, weeding, and watering services. I have about 6 flower boxes on the house and multiple plants in pots that need watering. Average work I think is about 3 hours every 3 days or so. Watering should take about an hour and weeding/pruning is the remainder of the time, but whatever time you need to do the work properly is fine. Happy to take your planting suggestions as well. There might be some bigger work with planting of some 5 -10 gallon shrubs.
