Groundskeeper / Turf Maintenance Technician

Manpower is currently hiring a Groundskeeper / Turf Maintenance Technician to support operations at Acushnets | Titleists golf testing facility on Manchester Lane.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (but off-season 7:00am - 3:30pm)
Pay : $20 - $24/hour

• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Repair divots and apply seed/soil blends on tees and fairways
• Mow grass using rotary and hover mowers
• Trim around trees, bunkers, irrigation heads, and fence lines
• Maintain flower beds, plantings, and landscaped areas
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from grounds and cart paths
• Assist with irrigation repairs (digging trenches, replacing heads)
• Operate blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
• Support general upkeep of parking lots, buildings, and outdoor areas

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing turf equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep
• Grind/backlap reels during mowing season
• Keep maintenance records and logs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Golf course groundskeeping experience required
• 2+ years of turf equipment maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with equipment diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow direction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong stamina for physical, hands-on work
• Ability to safely handle fertilizers and other materials
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Valid drivers license required
• Willingness to obtain pesticide applicator and hoisting licenses
• Ability to start at 6:00 AM (or earlier when needed)
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season
• Open to learning and operating new equipment
