Laborers for Concrete Construction

This position provides support to our construction team who specialize in all components of commercial concrete construction work. The job requires physical labor on construction sites and includes tasks such as using hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, dirt work, and assisting our saw cutting operators, concrete crews, and all other craft workers when required. Laborers must follow safety rules, stay aware of their surroundings, and be able to work in a busy environment in all weather.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean job sites of debris to eliminate possible hazards.
Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, pry bars, torches.
Work carefully around electrical, sprinkler, and low voltage systems.
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure that equipment is in proper working condition.
Assist various operators and crews with saw cutting, coring, prep and pour concrete, demolition.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience required
Valid Drivers License with clean MVR
Must pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders and lifts
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
