We are a family-owned landscaping and irrigation company based in South Denver with nearly 50 years of experience serving the Front Range. As a smaller company, we take pride in providing quality work, maintaining strong relationships with our employees, and creating opportunities for hardworking individuals to grow with us.

We specialize in commercial landscaping and irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance on a variety of projects throughout the Front Range.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking crew members with construction experience and a background in landscaping and/or irrigation. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, takes initiative, and can work independently as well as part of a team.

This position is an hourly position, but we are actively looking for individuals who want to grow with our company. Employees who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong technical skills will have the opportunity to be trained and promoted into Foreman positions, which are salary-based leadership roles.

Responsibilities

* Assist with commercial landscape installation projects
* Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
* Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
* Operate hand tools and construction equipment safely
* Follow project plans and directions from supervisors
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
* Work efficiently while producing quality results

Qualifications

* Previous construction experience required
* Experience with landscaping and irrigation preferred
* Dependable and punctual
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Able to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work
* Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay & Benefits

* $26.00$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
* Full-time employment
* Pay issued every two weeks
* Annual performance-based raises for employees who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and quality workmanship
* Sign-on bonus available after 90 days of successful employment
