You will help keep the concrete plant clean, safe, and running efficiently by taking on a variety of maintenance, groundskeeping, and support tasks.

Wh you will be doing

• Perform general groundskeeping and facility maintenance, including sweeping and shoveling debris from production areas
• Monitor production belts for hazards and remove obstructions as needed
• Maintain dust control and ensure compliance with EPA and environmental standards
• Handle landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, weed control, and shrub removal
• Complete housekeeping duties including stocking supplies, taking out trash, and painting as required
• Opere heavy equipment such as a bobc, forklift, or loader when needed
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and report potential hazards
• Support maintenance and inspection activities as directed
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Wh we would like from you

• Ability to work outdoors independently while performing manual labor
• Skilled in opering heavy equipment and landscaping tools
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks
• Experience in a plant or industrial environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent would be considered an asset

Locion and other key details:

This is a full-time permanent field-based position our Aledo Plant) 1159 Underwood Rd., Aledo, Texas.

• Position involves working 8-hour shifts with weekend hours as necessary
• Less than 10% travel, required only as needed
• Regular outdoor work with exposure to a range of weher conditions, including he, cold, rain, and snow
• Frequent exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, moving equipment, and merials such as oil, dust, and aggreges
• Role requires standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and continuous use of hands and vision
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 20 lbs regularly
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, vests, glasses, ear protection, and hard hs required; additional PPE required for specific tasks including welding or repairs
