Employer is looking to fill 18 Agricultural Equipment Operators and Farmworker and Laborer positions. This is a temporary, full-time, seasonal position from 3/9/2026 to 9/9/2026 in Parma, Wilder, Idaho and Adrian, Oregon.
Requirements: 3 months Agricultural Equipment Operator Experience.
Employer Note: No minimum education required. Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
Job Duties: Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production and field preparation such as tractors, irrigation equipment and other commonly used equipment in agriculture.
'Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions.
'Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
'Will operate tractors to work and plow ground and move bins in and out of fields.
'Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus and weed growth, and diseases using tractor or hand sprayers. Backpack Spraying of Herbicide ' Mix backpack sprays as instructed then selective spraying of unwanted weeds typically
using hand pump sprayers with wand and spray shield to prevent contact with grape or cover crop.
'Drive vehicles and equipment to haul crops, supplies, tools, or workers.
'Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery.
'Mint Harvest/Mint Still Operator: Mint harvest and distilling is a 24/7 operation and workers may be asked to work an overnight shift. Distilling is a required part of harvest and not further processing of the crop.
Hours: 50 Hours, Monday to Saturday: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Three-Quarter guarantee.
Wages: $17:07 per hour. Paid biweekly. Employer will make all required deductions from worker's wages.
