RANCH GROUNDSKEEPER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Eagle, Idaho

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to help maintain and improve our beautiful 5-acre ranch property in Eagle, Idaho.

This is not a typical landscaping job. Were looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a property looking exceptional and can work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

* Mowing and maintaining lawns to a high standard
* Weed eating, trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping
* Fertilizing lawns and pastures
* Monitoring lawn, pasture, and garden health and identifying nutrient, watering, soil, or growth issues
* Recommending and applying appropriate fertilizers, lime, soil amendments, and treatments as needed
* Managing irrigation systems, rotating and adjusting sprinklers, and ensuring proper watering coverage
* Maintaining a 15,000-square-foot garden area
* Picking up and managing horse manure
* Fence repairs and general ranch maintenance
* Irrigation monitoring and minor repairs
* Operating ranch equipment safely
* Assisting with seasonal projects and property improvements
* Keeping the ranch looking clean, organized, and guest-ready

Animals on Property:

* Horses
* Donkey
* Goats
* Sheep
* Chickens
* Dogs

Applicants must be comfortable working around livestock and animals.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous landscaping, ranch, farm, property maintenance, turf management, or horticulture experience
* Strong knowledge of lawn, pasture, garden, and irrigation management
* Ability to diagnose turf and plant health issues and recommend corrective actions
* Can operate mowers, weed eaters, and basic equipment
* Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to identify problems and solve them without being told every step
* Takes ownership of the appearance and health of the property

Compensation:

* Competitive hourly pay based on experience
* Approximately 2040 hours per week depending on season and workload
* Opportunity for long-term position with increasing responsibility
