Lawn Doctor of East PuyallupBonney LakeMaple Valley is hiring a fulltime Lawn Care Technician ready to grow into a future Operations Manager role. If youre motivated, mechanically inclined, and love working outside while making customers happy, wed love to meet you!

What Youll Do

• Perform lawn care services: fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and insect treatments using professional equipment.
• Diagnose turf issues and communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations.
• Maintain trucks and equipment, handle products safely, and follow Washington State regulations.

What You Bring

• Valid WA drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use equipment
• Strong customerservice mindset and ability to meet production goals
• WA pesticide license preferred (or willingness to earn within 90 daystraining provided!).

What We Offer

• Hourly pay $22$28 depending on experience and licensing.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 a.m.5 p.m. (occasional Saturdays in peak seasons).
Routes start and end at our Buckley shop serving nearby Pierce and King County neighborhoods.
