Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee large-scale commercial maintenance contracts while ensuring exceptional service, quality, and client satisfaction.
This is a leadership position for someone who can effectively manage crews, schedules, and customer relationships while also being willing to work alongside the team when necessary to keep projects on schedule and meet company standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee large commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Coordinate crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
* Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
* Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
* Assist with estimating, contract renewals, and additional service opportunities.
* Step in and perform field work when necessary to support crews and maintain production schedules.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing commercial landscape maintenance operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to oversee multiple properties, crews, and priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and safety procedures.
* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
* Hands-on attitude with a willingness to work in the field as needed.
* Experience managing large commercial, municipal, school, or park maintenance contracts preferred.
