Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a Landscaping Technician for a local company in Ferndale. This is a long-term opportunity that offers career growth and skill-building. Pay:

• $22.00 per hour

Shift:

• MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM or 5:00 PM; fall/winter hours may shift based on daylight.

Location:

• Ferndale, WA

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns, ensuring uniformity and neatness.
• Plant and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Prune vegetation to promote health and visual appeal
• Apply fertilizers and chemicals safely per guidelines
• Install mulch, gravel, and other landscape materials
• Support landscape design changes and enhancements
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and share progress updates

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of landscaping experience
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for design
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
