What Youll Be Doing

-Youll be part of a professional installation crew handling full turf installs, including:
-Sod removal and site demolition
-Excavation and grading
-Installing and compacting base materials (crushed rock, gravel, decomposed granite)
-Operating machinery such as mini excavator, plate compactor, and skid steer
-Cutting, shaping, seaming, and securing synthetic turf
-Infill application and final detailing
-Keeping job sites clean, safe, and professional

What Were Looking For

-Experience in landscaping, construction, hardscaping, or turf installation (preferred, but not required)
-Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
-Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
-Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work
-Valid drivers license is a plus (big plus if you have your own truck)
