This is a laboronly job (no irrigation work needed). Scope of Work: Plant 3 large trees: Two 11ft Vanderwolf's Limber Pines One 10-11 ft Austrian Pine Lift and reset my existing 11ft Blue Spruce onto a new berm (tree is newly planted and easy to move) Build two continuous raised berms (14-24 inches tall, 4-4.5 ft flat top, smooth 3:1 slopes) and one smaller berm to get 24 inches height for Austrian Pine. Include soil + mulch for berms - Remove one purple shrub Tear out landscape fabric in that area, Move river rock aside (no hauling away), Shape berms cleanly for a modern, architectural look What I provide: Irrigation already in place (I will handle drip extensions) Access to the yard Clear layout and spacing for all trees What you provide: Labor, Soil + mulch, Tools, Ability to plant large evergreens correctly, Ability to shape clean, smooth berms Timing: Looking to complete the work soon can start as early as tomorrow.
